Wagering requirements mean the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times. For example, if your bonus is ৳1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. k9u always aims to keep wagering conditions fair and reasonable.

Betting Rules & Settlement

All Sports Betting on k9u is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled — however, where the Cash Out feature is available, you may close a bet early under certain conditions.

• Betting market rules vary by sport and category.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it starts, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Live betting will not be accepted during or after the conclusion of a match.

K9u uses data from accredited sports data providers to settle betting results. If you wish to dispute a result, notify the Support team within 48 hours — disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k9u. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Placing bets using match-fixing information or insider knowledge.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Harassing other members or soliciting them to engage in fraudulent activity.

K9u's security systems continuously monitor for suspicious activity. If unusual patterns are detected on an account, it may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. If cleared, the account will be reinstated.

Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that all pending bets must be settled before the account closure is finalized.

• Self-closure: After balance verification, funds are typically returned within 3–5 business days.
• Closed for rule violations: k9u may forfeit any bonuses and associated winnings.
• Self-exclusion: your account will not be reactivated before the specified period has ended.
• If found to be underage: account will be closed immediately.
